5x2 -6x -2 =0

x2 -6/5 x -2/5 =0

x2 -6/5x +(6/10)2 -(6/10)2 -2/5 =0

(x-6/10)2  - 36/100 -2/5 =0

(x-6/10)2 - 36 - 40 /100 =0

(x-6/10)2 - 76/100 =0

(x-6/10)2 -(root76/10)2 =0

(x-6/10 +root76/10)   (x-6/10 -root76/10) =0

=> x = (6-root76) /10    and     x = (6+root76) /10

hope this answer will help you
