Let, x^2=y,then the required equation is 2y^2-5y+3=0,Now factories it, 2y^2-2y-3y+3=0,2y(y-1)-3(y-1)=0,(2y-3)(y-1)=0,Y=3/2or1.Now put y=2/3or 1in place of x^2,we get, x=+root under 2/3,-root under 2/3or x=+1,-1
