Step-by-step explanation:

GIVEN the Question:

find the roots of 3x^2+11x+10=0 by using quadratic formula

Solve:-

According to the QUADRATIC FORMULA

 {ax}^{2}  +  bx + c

then ,

A = 3

B= 11

C = 10

QUADRATIC FORMULA:-

 \frac{ - b \frac{ +  }{ - } \sqrt{ {b}^{2} - 4ac }  }{2a}

then Putting the value in formula,

 \frac{   - 11 \frac{ + }{ - } \sqrt{ { 11}^{2} - 4  \times3 \times 10  }  }{2 \times 3}  \\

solving the Equation

 \frac{ - 11  \frac{ + }{ - } \sqrt{121  - 120} }{6}  \\  \\  \frac{ - 11 \frac{ + }{ - } \sqrt{1}  }{6}

Once plus write,

 \frac{ - 11 +  \sqrt{1} }{6}

Once minus write

 \frac{ - 11  -  \sqrt{1} }{6}
