Hey
Multiply the whole equation by 3
we get 6x² +5x - 6 = 0
6x² +9x - 4x -6 =0
3x(2x + 3) - 2(2x + 3) = 0
(3x-2)=0 or (2x+3)=0
x = 2/3 or x = -3/2

Hope it helps
