let α&β be two terms such that

α+β=−x

α⋅β=(6x2)(−2)=−12x2

α=−4x&β=3x

6x2−4x+3x−2=0

2x[3x−2]+1[3x−2]=0

(2x+1)(3x−2)=0

2x+1=0

x=−12 answer

and 3x−2=0

x=23 answer
