y = log x

 \frac{dy}{dx}  =  \frac{1}{x}

now it's double derivative

 \frac{d {}^{2}y }{d {}^{2} x}  =  \frac{d(x {}^{ - 1}) }{x}  \times  \frac{x}{dx}

 =  -  \frac{1}{x {}^{2} }
