We have,

M.P = Rs 1300
Discount = 1.5%


Find the Selling price :-

S.P = M.P - discount% of M.P
= 1300 - 1.5 % of 1300
= 1300 - 0.015 × 1300
= 1300 - 19.5
= 1280.5



Answer : Selling price = Rs 1280.5

Given :

Marked price = Rs 1300
Discount % = 1.5 %

Let the Discount be x


Find the discount :-

Discount % = (discount × 100)/M.P
=> 1.5 = (x × 100)/1300
=> 1.5 = 100x/1300
=> 100x = 1300 × 1.5
=> x = 1950/100 = 19.5

So, Discount = x = Rs 19.5


Now,
Find the Selling price :-

S.P = M.P - discount
= Rs (1300 - 19.5)
= Rs 1280.5



Hence,
Selling price = Rs 1280.5
