Diagonal of Square meets the Pythagoras theorem.

Since square have equal sides and consider as 'a'

a² + a² = 5²

2a² = 5²

a² = 5²/2

a = 5/√2

Perimeter = 4a

⇒ 4 x 5/√2 = 20/√2 = 10 x 2/√2

⇒ 10√2
