Find the slope of the line passing through the points A 4,7 and B 2,3. ​

Answer:

let A(4,7) = ( x1,y1) and B (2,3) = ( x2y2)

slope of the line =

 \frac{y2 - y1}{x2 - x1}

Hence slope of AB =

 \frac{3 - 7}{2 - 4}

 \frac{ - 4}{ - 2}

= 2
