Then also I have answer for both,

  • It should be multiplied by 2 to obtain a perfect cube number.

256= 2×2×2×2×2×2×2×2×2

  • And if we talk about obtaining a perfect square number. Then we need not to do anything . Since it is already a square number.

32^(2)= 256.
