First of all, taking L.C.M of the given number 1100 to achieve smallest number.
1100 = 2*2*5*5*11
So after calculating the L.C.M of 1100, we've noticed that 2 & 5 are in pairs and the number 11 is the only unpaired number. So multiplying the number 1100 with 11, we'll get;
1100*11 = 2*2*5*5*11*11
12,100 = 2*2*5*5*11*11
which is a perfect square.
So the required smallest number to make 1100 a perfect square is 11.
