find the smallest number such that when it is divided by 28,38 and 48 leaves the remainders 18, 28 and 38 respectively

Since remainders are given
therefore remainder theorem can be used
x=28×a+18...........1
x=38×b+28...........2
x=48×c+38...........3
Equating 1 and 2 we can get relation between a and b ........4
equating 2 and 3 we can get relation between
b and c.......5
equating 1 and 3 we can get relation between a and c ......6
by solving 4 ,5 and 6 could get value of a,b and c.
by substituting we can get the value of x .
