70 < 4931 > 71 = 4900 < 4931 > 5041

always take the largest no. then subtract the square no. with 4931.

5041 - 4931 = 110

you will get 110 as the difference. add 110 to 4931

4931 + 110 = 5041

then find the square root of 5041.

√5041 = 71
