All square numbers have pairs of two similar factors in their prime factors

so,

(2 * 2) * (3 * 3) * (3) = 108

Therefore we multiply 108 by 3

(2 * 2) * (3 * 3) * (3 * 3) = 108 * 3 = 324

324 is the answer........
