(10-1÷5)^2=100+1/25-2.2=100-4+0.04=96.04(using,(a+b)^2=a^2+b^2+2ab)

Used 0.2=1/5 to make Calculation easier.

(9.8)² = (10-0.2)²

= 100 + 0.04 - 4

=96.04
