 =  \sqrt{0.625}

 =  \sqrt{ \frac{625}{1000} }

 = 25 \sqrt{ \frac{1}{1000} }

 = 25 \sqrt{ \frac{1}{10 \times 10 \times 10} }

  = \frac{25}{10}  \sqrt{ \frac{1}{10} }

  = \frac{2.5}{ \sqrt{10} }
