correct to two decimal places ( two digits after the decimal point) : 26.15 because the two digits after the decimal point is 15 and also after 5 there is a 2 which is less than 5 so the previous number remains same i.e. 5.. therefore the answer is 26.15 ...

1. First get close as you can by finding 2 perfect sq. root your no. is between.

2. For 683.95 , find a no. between it.

3. 26^2 = 676 and 27^2 = 729 . So it comes between it.

4. Divide it by 26 .

5. You get 26.15 .
