find the square root of (correct to three decimal) of 2.5

We can solve this by either of the following methods:
1) by short cut method,
eg: If we want to calculate √(xyz.abc),
then we will have √(xyz.abc)=√(xyzabc)/√(1000)
 ∴ √2.5= √25/√10
on simplification we’ll get 
 √2.5=5/3.162
Further simplification will give 
 √2.5=1.581

2)By Long Division Method:
We all are families with this method since our school time,
we have two make the pairs of two digits,
 ∴ 2.5=02.50
And now we’ll apply that long division method
