Take the LCM as 110

Multiply 10 by 11 , 11 by 10 to get 110

=10 × 11 = 110 , 11 × 10 = 110

When denominator gets multiplied then numerator also gets multiplied by the same number as the denominator

= 7 × 11 = 77 , 8 × 10 = 80

Now minus and plus = minus, so subtract them

-80/110 + 77/110 = -3/110 ans

Note : Sign of the bigger number(-80/110)

Hope it helps
