it forms ap common difference is 1 and no. of terms is 100

there is a formula .

these are natural number
( General formula )

so sum of nature number= n{(n+1)/2}

=>n=100
put in for formula we get
100{(100+1)/2}
100×(101/2
50×101

=5050
