Sum of all the cofficients in a ,

(a+b)^n = 2^n,
while ,
sum of all the cofficients of
(a+b+c)^n = 3^n

In your question n = 100,

Which means, the sum of all the cofficients = 3^100,

You can check this with normal calculation !!

If you have b = 3x like this then the cofficients are added ! So Please solve the answer correctly !

So the answer for your question would be 3^100, I think !
