Heya !!!

P(X) = 4X² - 2X - 5

Here,

A = 4 , B = -2 and C = -5

Sum of zeroes = -B/A

Sum of zeroes = 2/4 = 1/2

Hey friend ☺️ here is your answer ____________________________

From this equation we get that a =4, b = - 2 and c = - 5
Now sum of zeroes = - b/a = - (-2) / 4 = 2/4 = 1/2

Hope this helps you..
