(x³-2x²y+4xy²) + (4x³-4x²y+8xy²)

Group the like terms :

 {x}^{3}  + 4 {x}^{3}  - 2 {x}^{2} y - 4 {x}^{2}  y + 4x {y}^{2}  + 8x  {y}^{2}

5 {x}^{23}  - 6 {x}^{2} y + 12x {y}^{2}

HOPE IT HELPS
