we know that ,

 \large { \boxed{ \mathsf  \blue{radius \: of \: sphere \:  = r =  \frac{diameter}{2}   }}}

so ,

 \large {\mathsf \blue{ =  \frac{14}{2}  = 7cm  }}

 \large \mathsf \blue{surface \: of \: sphere \:  =4 \pi {r}^{2} }

 \large \mathsf \blue{ = (4 \times  \frac{22}{7}  \times 7 \times 7)  \:   {cm}^{2} }

 \large \mathsf \blue{ = (4 \times 22 \times 1 \times 7) {cm}^{2}}

 \large \mathsf \blue{ = 616 {cm}^{2} }
