total surface area of cuboid
= 2(lb+bl+lh)
=2(5×4+4×3+3×3)
=2(20+12+9)
=2×41
=82 sq.m.

volume of cuboid
=lbh
=5×4×3
=60cu.m.

length of diagonal of cuboid
 =  \sqrt{ {l}^{2} +  {b}^{2}  +  {h}^{2}  }
 =  \sqrt{25 + 16 + 9}  \\  =  \sqrt{50 }  \\  =5 \sqrt{2}

Area = 94 m², V=60m³ and length of a diagonal = 5√2 m.

Step-by-step explanation:

It is given that measure of a solid rectangle is 5m × 4m × 3m .

Length : l = 5m

Breadth : b = 4m

Height : h = 3m

Surface area of a cuboid:

A=2(lb+bh+hl)

Substitute the given  values.

A=2((5)(4)+(4)(3)+(3)(5))

A=2(47)

A=94

Therefore, the surface area is 94 m².

Volume of a cuboid:

V=l\times b\times h

V=5\times 4\times 3

V=60

Therefore, the volume of a rectangular solid is 60m³.

Length of a diagonal of a cuboid is

Diagonal=\sqrt{l^2+b^2+h^2}

Diagonal=\sqrt{5^2+4^2+3^2}

Diagonal=\sqrt{50}

Diagonal=5\sqrt{2}

Therefore, the length of a diagonal is 5√2 m.
