Step-by-step explanation:

(a) surface area = 2(lb + bh + lh)

= 2(20 x 15 + 15 x 4 + 20 x

4)

= 2(300 + 60 + 80)

= 2(440)

= 880 cm^2

(b) surface area = 2(lb + bh + lh)

= 2(16 x 8 + 8 x 6 + 16 x 6)

= 2(128 + 48 + 96)

= 2(272)

= 544 cm^2
