To find:-

The surface area of the hemisphere.

Formula used:-

SA of hemisphere = 2π$r^2$

Solution:-

r = 7cm

∴ SA of hemisphere = 2π$r^2$

                                 = 2 × $\frac{22}{7}$ × 7 × 7

                                 = 2 × 22 × 7

                                 = 2 × 154

                                 = 308$cm^2$

Hence, the surface area of the hemisphere is 308$cm^2$
