Given:-

Radius of the hemisphere = 7cm

To find:-

The surface area of the hemisphere.

Formula used:-

SA of hemisphere = 2πr^2

Solution:-

r = 7cm

∴ SA of hemisphere = 2πr^2

                                 = 2 × \frac{22}{7} × 7 × 7

                                 = 2 × 22 × 7

                                 = 2 × 154

                                 = 308cm^2

Hence, the surface area of the hemisphere is 308cm^2
