\underline\mathfrak\orange{let's\:find\:out:-}

we know that the surface area of cube is

:::--- 6×a² = 6a²

we have edge = 10cm

so, the surface area of cube is

==>> 6×10²

==>> 6×100

==>> 600cm²

hence the total surface area of cube is 600cm²

Given:- a cube with sides 10cm.

To Find:- total surface area of cube.

Solution :- As we know that surface area of cube is 6(side)².

So, Surface area of cube = 6(side)²

= 6(10cm)²

= 6 × 100cm²

= 600cm².

Therefore, the total surface area of given cube is 600cm².

Important formulas:-

• Total surface of cube = 6(a)² [used above].

• Volume of cube = L×w×h = (a)³

• Diagonal of cube = √3a

• Edges = ∛Volume

• Diagonal of face of the cube = √2 × a

Here,

  • a = side of cube.
  • L = length of cube.
  • w = width of cube.
  • h = height of cube.

Although, all sides of cube including length, width and height are equal!
