find the surface area of cube if the volume is 216cm3. it is cm cube.

Volume of the cube=216cm3

Let the side of the cube be 'a'

Then

a3=216

a=6cm

Area of the cube=6a^2

Area = 6(6)^2

=6(36)

=216cm2

volume \: of \: cube \:  =  {l}^{3}
hence \: side \: of \: cube \: is \: = 6
area \: of \: cube \:  = 6 {l}^{2}
area \: of \: cube \:  = 6  \times {6}^{2}
area \: of \: cube = 216 {cm}^{2}
