Find the surface area of the solid made up of cone with a

hemispherical base having same radius 10 cm and height of cone 24

cm ( ∏ = 3.14​

surface area of solid = csaof cone + csa of hemisphere

csa of cone = pie×radius×slant height

slant height =root of (24)^2+(10)^2

= rootof 576+100

=root of 676

= 26

csa of cone = 22/7×10×26

= 817.142

csa of hemisphere = 2 × pie× (radius)^2

= 2×22/7×100

= 4400/7

= 628.571

surface area = csa of cone +csa of hemisphere

= 817.142 + 628.571

= 1445.713
