Find the third angle of the triangle
when two angles are given.
(i) 40°, 60° (ii) 55°, 80°​

Answer:

(i) 1st angle = 40

2nd angle = 60

let 3rd angle be = x

40 +60+ ×= 180. ( angle sum property of triangle)

x = 180 - 100

x = 80

so 3rd angle = 80

(ii) 1st angle = 55

2nd angle = 80

let 3rd angle be = x

55 + 80 + x = 180. ( angle sum property of triangle)

x = 180- 135

x = 45

so 3rd angle = 45
