Let the number be x
So,
X+ 2x/3= 70
Now, 3x/3 + 2x/3= 70
5x/3=70
5x=210
X= 42

let the number be x.

x+2÷3*x = 70

3x+2x÷3 = 70

5x÷3 = 70

5x = 210

x = 210÷5 = 42

42 is the answer.

hope this helps you out!
