Given :

  • Principal = ₹ 5660
  • Amount = ₹ 7641
  • Rate = 10%

Find :

  • Time = ?

Solution :

We Know : Interest = P R T/

  • P denotes for Principal.
  • R denotes for Rate.
  • T denotes for Time.

Note : But there are not given interest and time.

So, We first find Interest.

  • Amount = Principal + Interest

➝ 7641 = 5660 + Interest

➝ Interest = 7641 - 5660

Interest = 1981

  • Now, we know the interest so we can easily find time.

❯ Principal = ₹ 5660

❯ Rate = 10%

❯ Interest = 1981

  • Now , We know the formula of : Time = 100 I/ P R

⟹ Time = ¹⁰⁰ ༝ ¹⁹⁸¹/₅₆₆₀ ༝ ₁₀

⟹ Time = 3.5

Hence, the Time is 3.5.

Now, We Have To Proved :

  • Interest = P ༝ R ༝ T/₁₀₀

▪ Interest = 1981

▪ Principal = 5660

▪ Rate = 10%

▪ Time = 3.5

↦ 1981 = 5660 ༝ 10 ༝ 3.5/₁₀₀

↦ 1981 = 1,98,100/₁₀₀

↦ 1981 = 1981

⋆ Hence Proved ! ⋆
