By prime factorization, N = 2 × 3, and N2 = 22×32. No. of Factors of N2 = 9 which are 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 9, 12, 18, 36. Now, out of these, the first five are less than N, that is, 1,2,3,4 and 6. But out of these, 1, 2, 3 and 6 completely divide 6.
