Total surface area of cone =pir(r+l)

radius= 7m

slant height= 25m

Total surface area of cone=pir(r+l)

                                              =22/7 *7*(7+25)

                                              =22/7*7*32

                                              =704m2

Given :

  • Diameter of cone = 14m.
  • Slant Height = 25

To Find :

  • Total Surface Area of Cone.

Solution :

\longmapsto\tt{Diameter=14m}

\longmapsto\tt{Radius=\cancel\dfrac{14}{2}=7m}

\longmapsto\tt{Slant\:height(l)=25m}

Using Formula :

\longmapsto\tt\boxed{T.S.A\:of\:Cone=\pi{r(l+r)}}

Putting Values :

\longmapsto\tt{\dfrac{22}{\cancel{7}}\times{\cancel{7}}(25+7)}

\longmapsto\tt{22\times{32}}

\longmapsto\tt\bold{704{m}^{2}}

So , The Total Surface Area of Cone is 704m²...

  • C.S.A of Cone = πrl
  • T.S.A of Cone = πr(l+r)
  • Volume of Cone = 1/3πr²h
