Answer:

TSA of cuboid = 2(lb + bh+ lh)

= 2 (7.5 × 2+ 2× 3.5 + 3.5 × 7.5)

= 2 × 15.0 + 7.0+ 26.25

= 2× 48.25

= 96.5 cm2

Length of cuboid = 7.5cm

Breadth of cuboid = 2cm

Height of cuboid = 3.5m

To Find :

Total surface Area

Solution :

As in the question Length ,Breadth and height is given. And we have to find the volume By using the formula 2 (lb + bh + hl),where Length 'l' is 7.5cm , Breadth 'b' is 2 cm and Height 'h' is 3.5 cm. Putting values in the formula we will get the Total surface area of cuboid.

T.S.A of cuboid = 2 (lb + bh + hl)

Where,

  • Length of cuboid (l) = 7.5cm

  • Breadth of cuboid (b) = 2cm

  • Height of cuboid (h) = 3.5m

→ 2 (7.5 ×2) +(2 ×3.5) +(3.5 ×7.5)

→ 2 (15 + 7+ 26.25)

→ 2 (22 + 26.25)

→ 2 × 48.25

→ 567.25

96.2cm²

∴Total surface area of cuboid is 96.2cm²
