Given :

  • Side of Cube is 6.5cm.

To Find :

  • Lateral / Curved Surface Area of Cube.
  • Total Surface Area of Cube.

Solution :

For Curved Surface Area :

\longmapsto\tt{Side=6.5\:cm}

Using Formula :

\longmapsto\tt\boxed{C.S.A\:of\:Cube=4{a}^{2}}

Putting Values :

\longmapsto\tt{4{(6.5)}^{2}}

\longmapsto\tt{4(42.25)}

\longmapsto\tt\bf{169{cm}^{2}}

So , The C.S.A of Cube is 169 cm².

Now ,

For Total Surface Area :

Using Formula :

\longmapsto\tt\boxed{T.S.A\:of\:Cube=6{a}^{2}}

Putting Values :

\longmapsto\tt{6{(6.5)}^{2}}

\longmapsto\tt{6(42.25)}

\longmapsto\tt\bf{253.5{cm}^{2}}

So , T.S.A of Cube is 253.5 cm²..

  • C.S.A of Cube = 4a²
  • T.S.A of Cube = 6a²
  • Volume of Cube = a³
  • Surface Area of Cuboid = 2(lb+bh+hl)
  • Volume of Cuboid = l×b×h

Here :

  • a = side of cube.
  • l = length
  • b = breadth
  • h = height
