Solution :  

• We use following laws of exponent two solve the given expression .

• Product law: According to this law if bases of two terms are same then their powers are added keeping the base same. i.e. $a^{m}\times a^{n}=a^{m+n}$

• Quotient law : this law states that while dividing expression if base are same then their powers are subtracted keeping the base same .i.e. $\frac{a^{m}}{a^{n}}=a^{m-n}.$    
• $(7^{29}\times 7^{31})\div 7^{58}$

       $= (7^{29 + 31}) \div 7^{58} \\= 7^{60} \div 7^{58} \\= \frac{7^{60} }{7^{58} } \\= 7^{60-58} \\=7^{2}$
