here is ur answer

kx+2y=3-equation 1

3x+6y=10-equation 2

subtitute the value of equation 1 into equation 2.

kx+2y=3

kx=3-2y

x=3-2y/k

3(3-2y/k)+6y=10

multiply the bracket by 3.

3×3=9, 3×-2y=-6y,3×k=3k

9-6y/3k+6y=10

9/3k=10

cross multiply

3k by 10

30k=9

k=0.3
