a=0.1313...

100a=13.1313...

100a-a=13.13-0.13

99a=13

a=13/99

b=0.1212....

100b=12.1212.....

100a-a=12.12-0.12

99a=12

a=12/99

a+b

=13/99+12/99

=25/99
