Firstly say the y = 3^(1/3) taking the log both sides => log y = 1/3× log 3
U know the value of log 3 is 0.478 so log y = 0.159 ~.16 => y = 10^(0.16)
Or u can compute via taking ln both sides then u have know the value of ln3. It's the exact value that u can compute.
Or some other sence the max value of this function f(x) = x^(1/x) is e^(1/e) is very near to 3^(1/3) as 3^(1/3) ~ e^(1/e). U can say this.
