Here , as we observe we have to multiply 3 digit numbers and it is a bit difficult one is what usually pupil think but when you look at it clearly we can observe that :

103 = 100 + 3

107 = 100 + 7

Then , 103 × 107 = (100+3)(100+7)

It is in the form of (x+a)(x+b) = x² + (a+b)x +ab

Here ,

  • x = 100
  • a = 3
  • b = 7

 \implies \tt{ {(100)}^{2}  + (3 + 7)100 + 3 \times 7}  \\ \implies \tt{10000 + 1000 + 21} \\  \implies \tt{11021}

Hence , Mathematics can be solved very easily if you think logically !!

Thereby , the sum is solved !!

\huge{\bf{\underline{\green{Answer :}}}}

⇒ Change the form of value so we can solve easily question :

∴(100 + 3) (100 + 7 )

Now we use this identity to solve easily question :

\implies \bold{(x + a) (x + b) = \bold{x^{2}  + (a + b)x + ab}}

we should Know firstly about Bodmas Rule :

⇒Bodmas Rule is way of Simplyfing a problem and easy to solve and give basic concept to solve any question sequencly then our answer always correct .

BODMAS stands for:-

B - Bar or braket

O - Of or multiplication

D - Division

M - Multiplication

A - Addition

S - Substraction

So every question solve according to rule of Bodmas :

Now put the values :

\implies \bold{(100)^{2} \ + (3 + 7 )100 + 100 \ + \ 7 \ x \ 3}

\implies \bold{10000 + 10 \ x \ 100 + 21}

\implies \bold{10000 + 1000 + 21}

\implies \bold{\boxed{11021}}...............Answer
