According to the formula

 { \frac{x}{y} }^{ - 2}  =  { \frac{y}{x} }^{2}

\text{Using the formula}

⟹ So,  { \frac{11}{2} }^{ - 2}  =  { \frac{2}{11} }^{2}

Hence the value of (2/11)–² is (11/2)^2
