 \frac{4 \sqrt{45} }{3 \sqrt{7} }

 =  \frac{4 \times 3 \sqrt{5} }{3 \sqrt{7} }

 =  \frac{4 \sqrt{5} }{ \sqrt{7} }

 = 4 \sqrt{ \frac{5}{7} }

 = 4 \sqrt{0.7142}

 = 4(0.8451)

 = 3.3804
