$4x^2 + 12xy + 9y^2$

$(2x + 3y)^2$

Now,

putting the given values,

[(2×12) + (3×(-18)]²

[24 + (-54)]²

[24 - 54]²

[-30]² = [30]²

= 900

=4*144 -2592 + 2916
= 576 -2592 +2916
=576+324
