Question :-

Find the Value of 5 sin30° + 3 tan45°

\begin {gathered} \end {gathered}

Solution :-

We know that,

\mathtt {sin30^{\circ} = \dfrac{1}{2}} and \mathtt {tan45^{\circ} = 1}

\begin {gathered} \end {gathered}

\begin {aligned} \therefore\ \bold {5 sin30^{\circ} + 3 tan45^{\circ}} &= 5 \times \dfrac{1}{2} + 3 \times 1\\\\&= \dfrac{5}{2} + 3\ \ \ \boxed{\text{LCM of 2 and 1 is = 2}}\\\\\\&= \dfrac{5 + 6}{2} = \bf \dfrac{11}{2} \end {aligned}

\begin {gathered} \end {gathered}

Hence, the Value of \mathtt {5\: sin30^{\circ} + 3\: tan45^{\circ}} is \mathtt {\dfrac{11}{2}}

\begin {gathered} \end {gathered}

Additional Information :-

Trigonometry :- It is defined as the branch of Mathematics that deals with the study of relationship between sides and angles of a Triangle.

Trigonometric Table:-

\bullet\ \mathtt {Trigonometric\:Values} :\\\\\boxed{\begin{tabular}{c|c|c|c|c|c}Radians/Angle & 0^{\circ} & 30^{\circ} & 45^{\circ} & 60^{\circ} & 90^{\circ}\\\cline{1-6}Sin \theta & 0 & $\dfrac{1}{2} &$\dfrac{1}{\sqrt{2}} & $\dfrac{\sqrt{3}}{2} & 1\\\cline{1-6}Cos \theta & 1 & $\dfrac{\sqrt{3}}{2}&$\dfrac{1}{\sqrt{2}}&$\dfrac{1}{2}&0\\\cline{1-6}Tan \theta&0&$\dfrac{1}{\sqrt{3}}&1&\sqrt{3}&Not D{e}fined\end{tabular}}
