Value =

 \frac{1}{3} \\

GIVEN:- ( {729})^{  - \frac{ 1}{6} }

TO FIND:- Value.

SOLUTION:-

  • When we multiply a number by itself several times then it can be written in a short form known as exponential or power notation.

According to the question,

 {(729)}^{ -  \frac{1}{6} }

729 can be written as

(3 \times 3 \times 3 \times 3 \times 3 \times 3) =  {3}^{6}

By evaluating

 ({ {3}^{6} })^{ -  \frac{ 1}{6} }

As we know when,

( { {a}^{m} })^{n}  =  {a}^{m \times n}

Similarly,

( {3})^{6 \times  -  \frac{1}{6} }  \\  =  {3}^{ - 1}

As we know

 {a}^{ - 1}  =  \frac{1}{a}

Similarly,

 \frac{1}{3}

Hence, value =

 \frac{1}{3}  \\
