Substituting the given values,

= 8(-3) + 2(5) - 3(-3) (5) + ½ (-3)²

= (-24) + (10) + (45) + (9/2)

Taking LCM = 2 for the whole expression,

= [ (-48) + 20 + 90 + 9 ] / 2

= 71/2
