find the value of a and b if
 \frac{7 + 3 \sqrt{5} }{3 +  \sqrt{5} }  -  \frac{7 - 3 \sqrt{5} }{3 +  \sqrt{5} }  = a + b \sqrt{5}

the value of a is =21/4 and the value of b is = -7/4
