Given:

x = 1 ; y = 1

Two equations :

(a) x-y=0 , (b) 3x+ay=6

To find:

=> Value of a in each cases.

Solution:

(a) x - y =0

1 - 1 = 0 [ Here a Is not present ]

(b) 3x + ay = 6

3 (1) + a (1)= 6

3+a = 6

=> a = 3

Hope this helps you !
